Terms of service

Plain-English terms for website checkups.

These terms explain the service scope, customer responsibilities, payment boundaries, and limits that apply when Tool & Tally accepts a website checkup request.

What Tool & Tally provides

Level 1 Website Checkup

A screenshot-backed review of visible website clarity, mobile request steps, confidence details, service-area clarity, and ranked owner fixes.

Level 2 Detailed Website + Local Review

A deeper review with additional public local/search context, comparison references when appropriate, and notes your website provider can use.

Level 3 Monthly Checkup

Recurring rechecks of important website, review/reassurance, service-area, and request-step issues within the agreed monthly scope.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate business name, website URL, service area, industry/service type, customer email, and any approved public context.
Confirm Tool & Tally may review public website evidence only. Do not provide logins, private analytics, private customer lists, card numbers, or confidential records unless a separate written scope is approved.
Review the finished report and decide what, if anything, to implement. Tool & Tally does not control your website provider, ads, search engines, customers, or business results.
Confirm any comparison URLs or review/source references before relying on them for a paid comparison or report context.

Payment and delivery boundaries

Payment starts a report workflow only after the approved secure payment step is active. It does not guarantee immediate delivery.
Report delivery remains subject to public-evidence availability, report preparation, and quality checks.
If a request is outside scope or lacks enough public evidence, Tool & Tally may pause the request and contact the customer before delivery.
Receipts, invoices, and status messages may be prepared for a paid request, but automatic customer email and report delivery remain controlled by the active approval settings.

Important limits

Tool & Tally does not guarantee leads, rankings, calls, booked jobs, sales, revenue, visitor-action improvement, review improvement, legal compliance, accessibility compliance, repair outcomes, financing, warranty, insurance, engineering, medical, tax, or legal conclusions.
