Refund policy

Refund and revision boundaries for website checkups.

This policy explains how Tool & Tally handles cancellations, started work, factual corrections, and requests that cannot be completed within scope.

Refund stance

Before work starts. Full refund if the customer cancels before evidence capture, analysis, or report preparation begins.
After work starts. No automatic refund after evidence capture, analysis, or report preparation begins, because the review work has started.
Out-of-scope or insufficient evidence. If Tool & Tally determines a request cannot be completed usefully within the purchased scope, Tool & Tally may pause the request and offer a refund, revised scope, or alternative next step.
Corrections. Factual corrections or obvious report errors can be reviewed within a reasonable correction window after delivery.
Monthly checkups. Monthly cancellation applies to future months only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What refunds do not cover

Refunds are not based on whether the customer later receives more leads, higher rankings, more calls, more revenue, or better business results. Those outcomes are not guaranteed and are outside Tool & Tally’s control.
