This page explains the minimum data Tool & Tally would need for a website checkup request. This preview page does not collect information.

Data that may be needed for a website checkup

Business details. Business name, website URL, service area, industry/service type, and the website action to review.

Contact details. Customer name and email if an approved request/payment path is later connected.

Optional context. Competitor URLs, notes about website confusion, and approved public pages to review.

Payment details. If invoices or a separate payment provider are later approved, payment information belongs with the approved payment provider, not by a Tool & Tally website form.

What should not be submitted

Do not send login credentials, private customer lists, medical/financial/legal records, payment card numbers through a website form, or private data that is not needed for a website clarity review.

Use and retention

Customer information is used only to scope, produce, check, and deliver the approved report. Retention period, storage location, and deletion process need to be clear before any live customer request form is connected.
